Terms & reporting standards
Redflagged is a user-led transparency platform. We aggregate experiences shared by job seekers — we are not an investigative authority. The rules below keep the platform useful, fair, and lawful.
Our principles
- Reports must reflect your own experience.
- Stick to facts, dates, and what was said. Avoid personal attacks.
- Provide context or evidence whenever possible.
- Reports reflect user experiences and are not verified facts unless explicitly stated.
Anti-defamation reporting structure
Every report is structured to focus on:
- What happened
- When it happened
- What proof exists
- Type of issue (scam, unpaid work, ghosting, etc.)
Two-stage moderation
Reports go through automated screening for hate speech, personal attacks, and unsupported extreme claims. The community can flag any report for additional human review.
Right of reply & disputes
Every company can submit an official response, shown directly under their reports. Any party may dispute a report and our team will review evidence from both sides before taking action.
Data protection
Personal phone numbers and sensitive identifiers are automatically blurred or redacted. Email addresses are stored encrypted and never sold or exposed publicly.
Liability
Users own their submissions; Redflagged is granted a license to display them. The platform's liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. For legal concerns or takedown requests, contact messaderedflag@gmail.com.
